I love decorating the house for the holidays. Growing up my Mom would completely transform the house around each holiday, and it just made everything so much more special. I hope my kids will have fond holiday memories, too.

Looks like you have a great mantle to decorate this year in your new home! My place is too torn up as of late to really be able to decorate but it should all be finished by November, the beginning of my favorite holiday season.
