Where A Blank Wall Once Was

This was my project for yesterday. The boys and I got the upper cabinet hung in the kitchen!

I am SO pleased with the way it looks! Patrick and I carried it upstairs and I strained my back pulling on it, so we waited for Randy to get home to hang it. Getting old is for the birds. I could've carried it by myself 20 years ago! LOL

Little by little the kitchen is coming together. :)

The cabinets are gorgeous!! You are going to have a beautiful kitchen, and can take so much pride in the fact that you did the work yourself!!

Hi Shirl! Looking good!!!!! We are not getting older we just need a few extra breaks! Love the cabinets, they have character unlike most of the new kitchen cabinets today! Not like everyone elses. Hope you enjoyed your week off and thanks for playing tag. It's fun getting to know our blog buddies! Enjoy the weekend - Jeannette (I started to go paint my guest room and just couldn't get going therefore I have nothing new to post (just being lazy!)

I love your cabinets! I'm big on that sweet knotty pine and I love the iron hardware. Nevermind how it got up there- just be glad it's there!
